How they approach the work

Named approaches extracted from this org’s sources. Where others share an approach, follow it to see the full set of orgs running it.

  • Economic Empowerment through Entrepreneurship and Asset-Building
    methodology: economic-empowerment
By expanding reentry support to include entrepreneurship and asset-building, we promote long-term stability and generational wealth because financial independence reduces systemic vulnerability and recidivism risk.
  • Lived Experience-Led Program Design
    methodology: lived-experience-led
By centering programs on the lived experience of incarceration and reentry, we build trust and design more effective reintegration pathways because those with direct experience are better equipped to identify barriers and solutions.
  • Mindfulness-Based Wellness for Personal Development
    methodology: mindfulness-based_wellness
By using hot yoga and somatic practices to cultivate mindfulness, presence, and physical mobility, we support personal and professional development because embodied wellness enhances emotional regulation, focus, and resilience in reentry.
  • Second-Chance Employment through Economic Opportunity
    methodology: second-chance-employment
By providing education, certification, and employment in personal training to formerly incarcerated individuals, we reduce recidivism because stable economic opportunity and community support increase self-sufficiency and social reintegration.
