- Dog training instruction in obedience, agility, and rallyOffers structured dog training classes in obedience, agility, rally obedience, and related disciplines such as Trick Dog, Nose Work, and Canine Good Citizen/Therapy Dog preparation. Classes are held at a dedicated facility on Gower Road in Scotia, NY (20 acres in West Glenville), with session lengths varying from four-week mini-sessions to full programs, and typically limited to 6–12 participants per class. Instruction is provided by experienced club members who volunteer their expertise.
- Support for member participation in dog competitions and title attainmentProvides training and support that enables members and their dogs to earn titles and achieve placements in AKC and other recognized dog sports competitions, including obedience (CD, CDX), agility (CT-ATCH), rally, junior hunting, and conformation events. The club celebrates documented achievements such as qualifying scores, perfect runs, and placements in regional and national trials.
