THROUGH ITS REFERENCE SERVICE, COLLECTION, AND ELECTRONIC RESOURCES, INCLUDING THE INTERNET, THE LIBRARY PROVIDES TIMELY, ACCURATE, AND USEFUL INFORMATION TO MEET PATRONS' PERSONAL INTEREST NEEDS AND PRACTICAL NEEDS, AS WELL AS ASSISTING PATRONS OF ALL AGES IN MEETING EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES, BY PROVIDING INFORMATION TO AID IN FORMAL EDUCATION AS SPONSORED BY SCHOOLS AND BY SUPPLYING INFORMATION TO FOSTER LIFE-LONG LEARNING INDEPENDENT OF SCHOOLS.
