EFFECTIVE MARCH 1, 2025, LICH MERGED WITH AND INTO NYU LANGONE HOSPITALS ("NYULH") PURSUANT TO THE TERMS OF AN AFFILIATION AGREEMENT (THE "AFFILIATION AGREEMENT") ENTERED INTO ON MARCH 1, 2022 WHEREBY NYU LANGONE HEALTH SYSTEM ("NYULHS") FORMALLY ACQUIRED AND BECAME THE SOLE CORPORATE MEMBER OF LICH.
