- Provides workforce training and apprenticeship programsOperates a 5-year apprenticeship program consisting of 10,000 hours of on-the-job training and classroom instruction two evenings per week, covering all aspects of the Sheet Metal and HVAC industry. Offers advanced training in HVAC, welding, CAD, TAB, digital controls, field installation, shop layout and fabrication, project management, foreman and supervisor roles, and detailing stamps.
