- Facilitate collaborative faculty development and implementation of active learningSupports collaborative development of teaching solutions and the implementation of active learning strategies in large STEM courses through multi-institutional programs, including follow-up reunions for reflection and goal setting.
- Support local change agents in delivering pedagogical trainingEquips educators to lead scientific teaching initiatives at their institutions, supporting the dissemination of evidence-based practices across colleges, departments, and diverse academic settings.
