How they approach the work

Named approaches extracted from this org’s sources. Where others share an approach, follow it to see the full set of orgs running it.

  • Aging in Place through Home Modifications
    methodology: aging-in-place
By providing home assessments, repair assistance, and modifications, we enable low-income seniors to live safely and independently in their homes longer, because physical accessibility and housing stability are foundational to elder well-being and dignity.
  • Expanding Affordable Housing via Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs)
    methodology: accessory-dwelling-unit-development
By supporting homeowners to build or legalize accessory dwelling units, we increase the supply of affordable rental housing and generate income for homeowners, because underutilized residential land and existing structures can be leveraged to address housing shortages without public subsidy.
