Supports women in increasing household income by 50% or more through access to credit, training, and resources for income-generating activities. Provides seeds, seedlings, tools, poultry chicks, goat seed money, and construction supplies to support kitchen gardens, livestock farming, and small businesses such as tea shops.

Organizes women into geographically based groups that establish and manage microcredit funds for income-generating activities such as market gardening, livestock enterprises, and small shops. Supports the formation of legally recognized, women-managed cooperatives to sustainably manage credit and expand businesses.

Authored guest blog posts and newsletter articles as a member of the Global Campaign for Education – US to advocate for the right to education globally.

Provides annual multi-day professional development trainings for teachers in rural Nepal, focusing on creative and age-appropriate pedagogy, classroom management, lesson planning, and creation of teaching materials. Facilitates peer networks for early childhood educators to share best practices and strengthen professional commitment.

Implements early childhood education programs for children ages 3–6 in rural Nepali schools, including establishing pre-primary classes, providing child-sized furniture, educational materials, and recreational equipment. Conducts infrastructure improvements for pre-primary classrooms such as repairs, roofing, and plastering to ensure safe learning environments.

Implements programs to reduce food insecurity and malnutrition. Provides health and sanitation training on boiling water, hand-washing, prenatal care, and use of local health posts. Supports construction of sanitary latrines in households to reduce disease from open defecation.

Implements School Improvement Program to upgrade rural school facilities through construction and repairs, including roofing, walls, fencing, toilets, and safe drinking water. Provides educational supplies, furniture, and classroom materials. Matches community in-kind contributions for new school construction to strengthen local ownership.

Provides financial support, educational supplies, and cash scholarships to children from poor and marginalized communities in rural Nepal, with a focus on girls. Offers scholarships for students aged 16–20 pursuing specialized training in agriculture, teaching, nursing, and technology after Grade 10.

Recruits U.S.-based professionals to serve on its Board of Directors and engages long-term volunteers with expertise in child education and communications to support field operations and reporting in Nepal.
