IT CONTINUES TO PROVIDE EFFECTIVE PREVENTION SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES THAT FOSTER POSITIVE YOUTH DEVELOPMENT AND DISCOURAGES THE DEVELOPMENT OF DRUG AND ALCOHOL USE, GAMBLING, AND OTHER RISK BEHAVIORS. FEE FOR SERVICES' MAKING CHOICES PROGRAM MEDICALLY SUPERVISES OUTPATIENT NON-FUNDED PROGRAM. SERVICES COMPRISE OF OUTPATIENT DRUG TREATMENT & MENTAL HEALTH SCREENING. THE PROGRAM CATERS TO INDIVIDUAL, GROUP AND FAMILY COUNSELING, URINE SCREENING. FEES ARE COLLECTED THROUGH MANAGED CARE REIMBURSEMENT AND MEDICAID REIMBURSEMENT.
