Established a managed care program in Niagara County that enables frail elders to remain at home through wraparound support services.

Provides administrative oversight, develops policies and procedures, and oversees Compliance Plan, Privacy, Incident Management, Self-Assessment Process, and auditing tools across residential, day, and respite programs to meet regulatory requirements.

Operates 40 Residential Individual Residential Alternatives (IRAs) and provides community support services including Recreation and In-Home Respite, Community Habilitation, ISS, Environmental Modifications, Support Brokerage, and supportive housing through dedicated housing units.

Offers equine-assisted services through High Hurdles Therapeutic Riding Program and Lothlorien Therapeutic Riding Center for individuals with disabilities and mental health concerns, and has established specialized programs such as music therapy and a poetry group (Naked Voices) for therapeutic engagement.

Leads implementation of workforce-related initiatives including Personal Allowance, electronic time and attendance systems, OPWDD Workforce Development Wages, and DOH Healthcare Worker Bonus programs.

Acquires vacant housing units through auction, rehabilitates them, and operates them as rental properties before selling to area residents to improve neighborhood housing quality in Western New York.

Operates a community center in a rehabilitated former church, providing rented space to support after-school homework programs, language classes, and life-skills training for low-income individuals.

Operates as a licensed and insured general contractor, performing residential and commercial remodeling and construction projects including kitchens, bathrooms, and medical-grade spaces in Buffalo.

Provides comprehensive facilities management services including building maintenance, janitorial work, landscaping, snow removal, and room rental to commercial and private property owners, with volunteer teams supporting service delivery for community organizations.

Offers three job training programs—Soft Skills, Construction Core, and Customer Service—that provide participants with certification and skills in resume building, conflict resolution, time management, practice interviewing, and nationally recognized credentials from organizations such as the National Retail Federation and ServSafe.

Hosts the Miss Franklin County Beauty Pageant and the "Small Town Famous" Talent Show with free admission during the annual fair, providing community and youth participation opportunities.

Conducts competitive exhibitions and judging for livestock (including cattle, sheep, dairy goats, and poultry), saddle horses, farm produce, and domestic arts during the annual fair. Recognizes grand and reserve champions across multiple categories annually.

Stages live concerts and entertainment events at the Franklin County Fairgrounds, featuring professional musicians such as Sawyer Brown, Bo Bice, Dylan Marlowe, and others, both during the annual fair and as standalone events.

Manages the Franklin County Fairgrounds facilities, including one of the largest and most modern indoor riding arenas in the Northeast, constructed with Shuttered Venue Operators Grant funding starting in March 2022. Offers year-round use for equestrian events, winter vehicle storage, and cold storage to generate off-season revenue.
