Provides home-delivered meals through contracts with Tompkins County Office for the Aging and managed long-term care providers, adhering to standardized meal types and defined per-meal costs. Also offers private-pay meal options for individuals who do not qualify for government-funded programs.

Provides daily delivery of hot, nutritious meals to homebound older adults and individuals in need in Tompkins County, with meals meeting New York State senior nutrition guidelines (at least 650 calories and less than 800 mg sodium). Delivery occurs Monday through Friday, with supplemental frozen or sandwich-based meals provided for weekends; services are offered at no cost to eligible clients, with safety checks conducted during each delivery.

Hosts the Mac-N-Cheese Bowl as a signature annual fundraising event to support food and nutritional services for vulnerable older adults and others unable to cook or shop for themselves in Tompkins County; the event was held in 2026 and planned for 2027.

Offers individualized nutrition counseling in clients' homes and conducts monthly nutrition education presentations with recipe demonstrations and tastings at senior dining sites. Monthly take-away pamphlets on nutrition topics are distributed with meals, and menus are planned by a registered dietitian to meet at least one-third of daily nutritional needs for older adults.

Operates community dining sites where older adults gather to receive hot, nutritious meals and engage in social activities. Sites include Titus Towers (daily service), Slaterville Volunteer Fire Company, and The Shops at Ithaca Mall (both weekly service), with meals designed to meet national nutritional guidelines and support social engagement.

Operates ongoing volunteer programs including a morning meal packing program, weekly community dining support, and a seasonal "Notes for Neighbors" initiative held annually in January, February, and March to foster community engagement and support for clients.

Provides food, clothing, personal hygiene items, and gifts to children, adults, and families during the holiday season through the Christmas Sharing and Santa for Seniors programs.

Operates the Food Sense program in partnership with the Food Bank of Central New York, enabling individuals and families to stretch their food dollars by purchasing food at reduced cost.

Organizes large-scale food deliveries before major Jewish holidays, including Pesach and Sukkos. The pre-Pesach event alone distributes food boxes to more than 1,300 low-income families and includes unloading and delivering approximately 1,000 cases each of grape juice, chicken, eggs, apples, and oranges, plus over 50,000 pounds of potatoes.

Operates a wholesale warehouse outlet selling food at cost price, with most items sold by the case and select items sold individually, supported by a large group of volunteers and eight checkout lanes to ensure a quick and smooth shopping experience.

Hosts an annual fundraising dinner in January and runs a supermarket card campaign that enables customers to donate at checkout, both of which rely on community volunteers for execution and support.

Provides humanitarian grants and financial assistance to middle-class and low-income families facing economic hardship due to illness, job loss, or loss of medical insurance, including help restoring utilities, covering medical debt, and paying heating and electricity bills.

Enables community members to sponsor Shabbos food packages for low-income families and assigns specific families to sponsors, providing updates on life-cycle events such as Bar or Bat Mitzvahs. Also offers donation cards to notify recipients of contributions made in their honor for birthdays, simchahs, or times of loss.

Offers adult education classes in business and computer skills, resume assistance, and job placement support through the Partners in Parnosoh program, which has arranged over 280 jobs for unemployed residents in the greater Monsey and New Square community using a resume databank.

Distributes age-appropriate toys to children in recipient households before Chanukah and provides winter coats to approximately 1,200 children every other year. Also spends over $250,000 annually on clothing for needy families.

Organizes weekly volunteer events including Tuesday evening sessions for women and girls to assemble food boxes, Wednesday evening packing sessions, a late-night Wednesday driver program for direct delivery, and full-day Sunday events for Pesach preparation, engaging community volunteers in all aspects of food distribution.

Distributes weekly Shabbos food packages containing chicken, fish, challah, grape juice, eggs, fruits, vegetables, and canned goods to over 500 families in Rockland County, with deliveries made late Thursday night to ensure discretion. The program serves 550 families weekly and expands to over 900 families twice annually before Sukkos and Pesach.

Hosts an annual charity golf tournament, the "Take a Swing at Hunger Golf Classic," at the Powelton Club to raise funds for meal delivery services, generating between $16,000 and $22,000 annually from 2022 to 2025.
