Coaches youth in transitioning to higher education or employment, supports university enrollment and job placement, and provides business-launch coaching including LLC formation, bookkeeping, sales pipeline development, and training in marketing, sales, pitching, and professional presentation.

Invested over $50 million in free tools and resources to strengthen the operational capacity of churches and nonprofit organizations.

Runs structured mentorship initiatives including a 30-week program for over 100 youth and the Ambassador of Peace program starting in 6th grade. Offers long-term leadership development from kindergarten through adulthood, focusing on belonging, purpose, integrity, and compassion.

Operates an 18-and-under basketball league for disconnected youth in Staten Island, culminating in championship finals at Barclays Center. Integrates spiritual messages through sermons by Pastor Dave Beidel and other evangelists during events.

Provides supplemental literacy education to children in New York City.

Provides financial support to multiple organizations including Fund for the City of New York, South Asian Council for Social Services, Elijah's Promise Inc, It Takes a Village, and Riverside Church to operate food pantry programs and related services such as food donation and shelter.

Awards grant funding to Brooklyn College Foundation to provide scholarships for individuals enrolled in early childhood education courses, with scholarship disbursement contingent upon achieving a grade of B or better.

Supports literacy education and reading interventions by funding organizations such as The Reading Institute, Chalkbeat, Georgia Gwinnett College Foundation Inc, Research Foundation of CUNY, Eastern Oregon University (for Reading GO and Reading Ready), and Canisius College to develop and implement literacy-focused programs and pilot sites.
