Multi-Stakeholder Accountability

Provides guidance and support to over 200 organizations globally in adopting strategies to achieve gender and racial equity in corporate leadership and transform workplace cultures.

Promotes rights-respecting business models and effective remediation of human rights abuses in corporate operations and supply chains through advocacy and accountability initiatives.

Supports partners in elevating local perspectives at UN business and human rights forums and through organization-hosted events such as the Mary Robinson Series.

Brings together diverse stakeholders to develop and deliver guidance and messaging at major global events such as COP and G20.

Produces research and data to advocate for mandatory corporate due diligence laws, with a focus on labor, Indigenous, and women's rights, and promotes responsible public procurement policies.

Tracks and analyzes labor and human rights abuses, such as those affecting garment workers in Myanmar after the military takeover, through collaboration with local partners and allies.

Generates evidence and analysis through the Transition Mineral Tracker, Renewable Energy Benchmark, regional studies, and stakeholder guidance to support just transition efforts and responsible natural resource use.

Conducts research on private and public investment in high-risk technologies, including identifying at least 182 pension funds investing in companies developing high-risk AI systems.

Advances digital rights, particularly in the Global South, by articulating compliance standards for tech companies and integrating digital rights defenders into the broader business and human rights movement.

Develops benchmarks, trackers, and dashboards to promote corporate and investor leadership on labor rights, connects worker organizations across regions, and provides timely analysis on labor rights issues.

Maintains the most comprehensive global resource tracking news and allegations on human rights impacts of thousands of companies, providing accessible data for stakeholders and advocates.

Engages communities and landowners through innovative approaches to sustainable urban planning and heritage-led regeneration, having led over 50 collaborative planning frameworks worldwide. Projects include sustainable neighborhood planning in Sierra Leone, historic restoration in Yangon, and urban regeneration in Jamaica, influencing the design of 350,000 homes globally since 1990.

Produces and disseminates research papers, books, and documentaries that articulate a philosophy of harmony between people and nature. Key outputs include the book "Harmony: A New Way of Looking at Our World" and the documentary "Finding Harmony: A King’s Vision," informed by filming at foundation sites and sessions with King Charles III.

Provides practical skills education rooted in nature and tradition to over 15,000 students annually through the School of Traditional Arts and specialist facilities at Dumfries House, Highgrove Gardens, Trinity Buoy Wharf, and other international centers. Offers courses ranging from foundational art programs to postgraduate-level training for professional advancement.

The organization raises funds from U.S.-based philanthropists to support the charitable objectives of The King's Foundation, including education in traditional arts and crafts, heritage-led regeneration, and community development. This includes financing programs that train future master craftspeople and deliver postgraduate-level courses in traditional arts.
