Intersectional Narrative Power

By centering intersectional lived experiences and counter-narratives in storytelling, art, and public discourse, we shift dominant narratives and drive systemic change, because single-axis frameworks obscure compounded oppression and only multidimensional stories can make structural injustice visible and emotionally resonant. This strategy unifies diverse organizations around a shared theory of change: that narrative transformation is essential to dismantling systemic inequity. It distinguishes itself from narrower advocacy or legal strategies by prioritizing cultural meaning-making—through art, memorialization, storytelling, and symbolic reclamation—while grounding these narratives in intersectional analysis. Unlike purely policy- or litigation-driven approaches, this strategy treats public consciousness and emotional resonance as critical levers for lasting structural change.
