Integrated Service Delivery

methodology: integrated_service_delivery

By embedding multiple interventions within existing community groups or systems, organizations increase adoption and sustainability of services, because shared infrastructure, trust, and social cohesion reduce barriers to access and coordination costs. This strategy leverages pre-existing social or economic platforms—such as micro-savings groups, local leadership networks, or agricultural collectives—to deliver bundled services (e.g., health, finance, training, assets) in a coordinated way. Unlike standalone programs, this approach maximizes efficiency and impact by working through trusted community structures, enabling synergies across sectors and reducing duplication. It is distinct from purely financial or technical interventions because it intentionally combines social capital with service delivery to create self-reinforcing cycles of adoption and resilience.
