Operates multiple institutions including the Besen Family Center for Advanced Women's Studies, Midreshet Lindenbaum College for Women (with branches in Jerusalem, Lod, and Carmiel), and the Susi Bradfield Women’s Institute of Halakhic Leadership, which offers full-time Talmud study and halakhic training for women.

Provides legal aid, free counseling, and representation to approximately 800 women annually, including legal representation for 150 clients at a time, enabling about 60 women per year to gain freedom from unresolved marriages; addresses an estimated 2,400 cases annually.

Runs the Pava Hadas Army Program, providing a religiously appropriate framework for observant women to serve in the Israel Defense Forces.

Authored and published scholarly works including a compilation of Talmudic sugyot with recorded lectures, books on biblical texts and Jewish thought, and collections addressing contemporary challenges in Orthodox Judaism, as well as a volume honoring Rabbi Shlomo Riskin’s career.

Offers a program enabling young adults with special needs to spend a year in Israel studying Jewish history and heritage.

Provides in-depth Torah study programs for women of all ages and backgrounds through an institute founded in 1988, offering courses in Bible, Jewish law, and rabbinic teachings at its flagship location in Jerusalem and multiple branches across Israel.

Offers the “Jewish Woman Through the Generations” Bat Mitzvah program launched in 1994, designed to deepen the spiritual and educational significance of the Bat Mitzvah year for daughters and mothers, delivered in Israel and globally.

Develops and maintains four educational websites for Bible instruction and publishes scholarly and popular books on Jewish texts, including works on Ruth, Lamentations, and Rosh Hashanah liturgy.

Provides online halachic guidance through the 'Mashivat Nefesh' project, including written responsa and personal Zoom consultations that integrate halachic advice from a Morah L'Halakha with medical input from a doctor.

Provides consulting services in areas related to aging, disability, and community integration through a senior legal advisor.

Operates branches in Raanana, Beit Shemesh, Modi'in, Ashkelon, Zichron Yaakov, Netanya, Be'er Sheva, and Rehovot, and has expanded its Bat Mitzvah program to over 80 diaspora communities since 2004.
