Conducts tourism promotion targeting leisure travelers within 100 to 300 miles, promotes access to museums, cultural venues like the Saratoga Performing Arts Center, historic architecture, and outdoor recreation opportunities to support the local hospitality and tourism sectors.

Offers mentoring services through a network of over 25 local mentors, supports a membership network of approximately 1,500 businesses, and facilitates relationship-building among business leaders to promote collaboration and economic development.

Operates Leadership Saratoga, a leadership development program that trains local individuals to become community leaders and supports dozens of nonprofits in Saratoga County through volunteer engagement and capacity building.

Administers the Love Our Locals campaign, including a weekly $100 gift card giveaway to encourage support for local businesses and nonprofits. Offers member-to-member discounts, free business counseling, energy savings estimates, and promotional sponsorship opportunities to strengthen local economic networks.

Provides outpatient and in-home physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to support recovery and independent living for seniors.
