Maintains a global alumni network spanning more than 20 countries, primarily composed of former I-LAP and I-SAP participants. Recruits experts from Israel based on professional experience and facilitates peer debate and ongoing discourse as part of its capacity-building mission.

Conducts twice-annual, ten-day, policy-focused educational tours of Israel for exceptional graduate and doctoral students from around the world, hosting delegates from 15 to 20 countries per tour. The program includes highly subsidized participation and is designed to engage future leaders through immersive study of Israeli law, policy, and international relations.

Conducts a 14-day combined educational program for U.S. military cadets and active-duty officers, beginning with a two-day visit to Holocaust-related sites in Poland followed by a 12-day strategy and policy-focused tour of Israel. The program targets cadets from all U.S. military academies prior to commissioning and includes engagement with senior Israeli security and policy officials.
