The organization breeds and maintains approximately 20 couple of Crossbred foxhounds and conducts about 35 organized hunts per season, emphasizing observation of foxes rather than their elimination.

Hosts multiple hunter pace events annually across various farms in New York, featuring courses between five and eight miles long with small jumps. Events are open for day-of registration at a premium, conducted rain or shine, and include competitive scoring based on optimum time, with ribbons awarded at subsequent events and cumulative seasonal recognition.

Hosts an annual Blessing of the Hounds ceremony and other year-round social activities that foster camaraderie among members and promote land conservation values. These events reinforce community ties centered on equestrian traditions and stewardship of rural landscapes.

Offers year-round educational programs including learn-to-hunt clinics for adult and junior riders, trail rides, and hunter paces designed to teach fox hunting skills and horse handling in hunt settings. Clinics require pre-registration, health documentation, liability releases for minors, and include provisions for auditors and limited day stalls.

Operates an Adopt-a-Drain program that encourages neighbors to maintain storm drains by removing debris and reporting issues, in collaboration with the Highway Department, resulting in visible improvements in areas with water accumulation.
