Supports grassroots women-led peace efforts, engages in peace negotiations, and advances sustainable peace in conflict zones such as Yemen and Uganda, including securing humanitarian corridors and prisoner releases.

Implements direct interventions and community-based programs aimed at preventing and responding to gender-based violence as part of its core programming.

Creates platforms for exchange and learning between grassroots feminist activists and policymakers, fostering global solidarity and influencing U.S. foreign policy through joint campaigns and UN engagement.

Provides free workforce development programs that equip individuals with skills and certifications for high-demand careers in IT, healthcare, construction, and skilled trades; includes technical and vocational training, apprenticeships, internships, job readiness coaching, resume writing, interview preparation, and job placement assistance.
