Negotiates, codifies, monitors, and supports the enforcement of labor/management collective bargaining agreements for the construction industry, assisting members in labor negotiations.

Funds Hudson Valley–based charities through proceeds from its annual golf outing, contributing $313,000 cumulatively over thirteen consecutive years.

Funds emergency assistance for homeowners in financial need during energy crises, including a $25,000 donation to the Westchester and Putnam Community Action Program during the 2007 home heating oil crisis.

Provides full plumbing and heating systems for Habitat for Humanity homes; installs bathrooms in boys' group homes; conducts furnace and boiler checkups for elderly individuals via the HEAT'S ON program; and serves as the in-house plumber for the Food Bank.
