Provides trauma-informed outpatient mental health treatment resulting in statistically significant improvements in posttraumatic stress, anxiety, and depression for clients completing 15–20 therapy sessions. The program includes a structured offering of at least 30 cost-free therapy sessions to veterans, service members, and family members.

Handles all administrative and logistical paperwork on behalf of veterans and military family members accessing mental health services, reducing barriers to care and ensuring seamless access to treatment.

Provides in-person and telehealth mental health services, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy, medication management, and neurofeedback, at no cost to veterans, transitioning service members, and their families. Services are offered across multiple states including Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Maryland, Montana, New Jersey, and North Carolina, with the organization covering 100% of the cost for the first 30 therapy sessions and the majority thereafter, requiring only a low-cost co-pay after that point.
