Runs the Kritya Ensemble, a professional performance group that produces choreography and presents Indian classical arts, and offers an apprenticeship program for advanced dancers focused on performance preparation, teaching leadership, and ensemble collaboration.

Produces and presents live and recorded performances of Kuchipudi dance and Carnatic music through the Kritya Ensemble, including at world-class venues, universities, schools, and virtual platforms. Offers ongoing Kuchipudi dance instruction for students of all ages and skill levels, delivered through in-person and virtual platforms including Zoom, with recorded classes available on-demand. Classes are offered regularly and include beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels, with recordings uploaded within one day of live sessions and 7–8 new recordings provided monthly via subscription.

Offers sponsored access to dance training, workshops, and performance opportunities for young dancers in India and the U.S., lowering barriers to participation in classical Indian arts education and performance.

Commissions original ballets from renowned choreographers including George Balanchine, Jerome Robbins, Twyla Tharp, and Alexei Ratmansky, contributing to the expansion and diversification of the American ballet repertoire.

Hosts an annual choreographic development program, ABT Incubator, launched in 2018, in which emerging and established choreographers create original works on American Ballet Theatre (ABT) dancers. The 2025 edition featured four choreographers developing new pieces over a two-week period.

Offers training and performance opportunities for adult dancers through the Open Division and the ABT Masters Series, fostering lifelong engagement with ballet technique and practice.
