Alumni Role Model Inspiration

Hosts an annual induction ceremony during Alumni Weekend to honor Alumni of the Year, Athletic Hall of Fame inductees, Wall of Distinction honorees, and recipients of the Superlative Staff Award, with plaques displayed at Oneonta High School. The event includes speeches and formal recognition.

Facilitates and coordinates class reunion events for Oneonta High School alumni, including the 60th reunion for the Class of 1966, the 45th for the Class of 1981, and the 40th for the Class of 1986, with scheduled social and private events in Oneonta.

Provides one-time financial awards of $1,000 or $1,250 to graduating seniors from Ticonderoga High School who pursue post-secondary education, military service, or approved apprenticeship programs, based on a points system evaluating attendance, academics, discipline, family involvement, extracurriculars, and community service. Awarded between 14 and 48 scholarships annually from 2015 to 2026.

Organizes and conducts fundraising events, primarily the annual alumni golf tournament, to generate financial support for the scholarship program.

Recognizes alumni who have achieved extraordinary success or provided exemplary service to their schools, community, or family through induction into the Massapequa High School Hall of Fame.

Offers career advisement and networking opportunities for current and future students by connecting them with inducted Hall of Fame members.
