Operates a year-round clubhouse and deck area for social gatherings, including summer deck parties, winter indoor events, and special parties for visiting tall ships and international yachts, such as during OP-sail celebrations.

Organizes and runs club operations using a committee structure with designated chairs responsible for specific functional areas.

Provides a clubhouse, docks, anchorage, and mooring spaces with tender service for member and visiting yachts at its facility in Great Kills Harbor, including access to club amenities and reciprocal agreements with yacht clubs worldwide.

Conducts sailboat racing using designated fleets including the Richmond County One-Design class and Harpoon class, and promotes active participation in sailing through structured racing programs and community engagement.

Serves lunch from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM and provides bar service during extended hours on Wednesdays through Sundays at the clubhouse.

Organizes social events including creative racing events, family gatherings for radio control fleet members, and other member-focused activities; also supports Ensign Fleet 23 for family day sailing.

Relies on member volunteers to manage day-to-day club operations, supporting a member-owned, member-focused organizational model.

Operates a clubhouse with full-service dining and bar, indoor and outdoor spaces, and seasonal hours (April–October) for members and guests; maintains 500 feet of waterfront with a sandy beach, private swimming area, picnic pavilion, and playground.

Hosts regular racing events including weekly Genoa Only races on Wednesday evenings, J/24 racing on Sunday mornings, and club racing on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday evenings, and Sunday mornings; supports J/22 and J/24 class racing, fields J/24 Fleet #88, and operates a Shark catamaran fleet for competitive racing.

Organizes and facilitates registration for the 2026 Dinghy Regatta, hosts the annual J-Daze Regatta as the season opener, and plans creative racing formats such as relay races and memory challenges.

Offers weekly food and drink specials, curb-side take-out service, and accommodates dietary requests including gluten-free and dairy-free options for members and guests.

Offers sailing lessons for members aged seven and up through a partnership with Canandaigua Community Sailing and provides access to club-owned sailboats, kayaks, Sunfish, and paddleboards for member use.

Provides access to the Long Island Sound through a continuously operating clubhouse and launch services on a protected cove in Larchmont's Manor Park since 1888.

Hosts social events and casual racing programs to promote sailing and seamanship among members.

Collects annual usage statistics through signed liability waivers to document participation and operational activities in its public kayaking programs.
