Operates the Moshinsky Center for large-scale research and development in scientific and technological education and runs OrTov, a social R&D initiative, to pilot and scale innovative teaching models and pedagogical strategies.

Runs a large-scale initiative offering intensive in-person study sessions, accommodations, and transportation for hundreds of 10th–12th grade students from northern Israel (including Shlomi, Nahariya, and Ma’alot) preparing for summer Bagrut matriculation exams, combining academic tutoring with emotional support.

Organizes an annual two-day parents' workshop in northern Israel featuring expert-led discussions on education and parenting and hosts ongoing gatherings for mothers that combine professional lectures, workshops, and training to support adolescent development and family dynamics.

Trains and deploys student tutors to provide technology education and digital storytelling support to Holocaust survivors, building intergenerational relationships while preserving personal histories and combating social isolation.

Established the “ISTS – Ichilov Hospital” program in collaboration with Ichilov Hospital to provide practical engineering education and professional training in medical fields for students at ISTS Singalovski College, integrating real-world clinical environments into technical education.

Engages 1,000 teenagers from 40 schools in the Webrangers/Screensavers program to promote safe internet use and produces public marketing campaigns focused on smart and responsible web browsing behaviors for young people.

Established and operates nine high schools in unrecognized Bedouin villages of the Negev, built closer to communities over the past 14–19 years to reduce travel burdens, while recruiting Hebrew teachers, implementing language programs, and introducing classroom volunteers—contributing to increased higher education enrollment and raising the Bagrut graduation rate from 30% to 70% in some locations.

Runs a network of 264 educational institutions across 54 municipalities in Israel, serving approximately 100,000 students annually—about 10% of all Israeli high school students—with a focus on vocational, industrial, technological, and iSTEAM education. The network emphasizes inclusion across Jewish, Arab, Druze, and Bedouin communities, particularly in socially and economically disadvantaged areas.
