Organizes six annual friendship-building visits between second graders and students at the Manhattan Children's Center to promote empathy and understanding of neurodiversity.

Engages alumni as mentors, guest speakers, and Chapel talk presenters, and involves parents in community service, PA-organized events, and leadership roles including the Committee on Community and Inclusion.

Hosts a two-week immersive study and cultural exchange program in Salamanca, Spain, for rising eighth graders, and conducts annual spring study tours to Washington, D.C./Gettysburg for sixth graders and to Italy for eighth graders, integrating on-site learning with reflection.

Provides a tuition-free, six-week annual summer academic and enrichment program for boys from under-resourced communities in East Harlem, serving students from kindergarten through middle school, with a 91% return rate and 92% average daily attendance, including swimming instruction for all participants.

Organizes student- and parent-led service efforts including annual Thanksgiving and clothing drives, fundraising for the Gbowee Peace Foundation, meal preparation with One Sandwich at a Time, letter-writing to troops, donations to Ronald McDonald House and The Seeing Eye Foundation, and long-term support for school construction and clean water projects in rural Ethiopia.
