Mentors meet monthly to provide academic guidance, professional exposure, cultural experiences in NYC, and support for constitutional law debate preparation; approximately 160 attorneys participate annually in this three-year mentoring relationship.

Offers the Civic Engagement and Social Justice Council and the Freshman Leadership Institute to develop student leadership focused on justice, equity, and community impact. These programs include hands-on projects, advocacy training, and skill-building activities that promote civic responsibility and community engagement.

Operates a four-year, year-round academic enrichment, college preparation, and leadership development program for students who complete the Summer Law Institute. The program serves students from 9th through 12th grade with over 2,000 hours of programming, including academic advising, college application support, SAT preparation, writing instruction, and workshops on professional skills, resulting in 98% of graduates enrolling in four-year colleges and over 70% attending top-ranked institutions.

Hosts a structured debate program requiring College Bound students to participate in at least two constitutional law debates annually, held each November and March—with potential for a third round—and supported by attorney mentors who assist in preparation and serve as judges. The program builds public speaking, critical thinking, reasoning, and advocacy skills among high school participants.

Facilitates PACE workshops to involve urban youth and their families in educational and community-building initiatives, promoting youth engagement and strengthening family-school-community connections.

Provides a sequence of career-focused programs including the Professional Training Program (soft skills workshops for freshmen), Professional Exposure Program (career path introductions for upperclassmen), and the Professional Workforce Entry Program (support securing internships and jobs during and after college), designed to prepare students for success in higher education and professional careers.

Provides professional development and ongoing technical assistance to educators to support effective implementation of law-based curricula in schools.

Offers rising sophomores one-week summer internships (July–August) at law firms and corporations, providing exposure to professional work environments through simulated exercises and direct engagement with industry professionals. The program supports career exploration and workforce readiness for College Bound students.
