  • Collective Power-Building Through Women-Led Organizing
    methodology: collective_power
By organizing women as a collective political majority—especially those historically excluded—the organization amplifies their political power and effectiveness, because shared identity and coordinated action increase civic engagement, shift cultural narratives, and expand the electorate.
  • Decentralized, Inclusive Movement Building with Frontline Leadership
    methodology: decentralized_movement_building
By decentralizing organizing power to local, state-based groups and centering the lived experiences of women of color and young women excluded from traditional politics, the organization creates more authentic, sustained engagement and effective solutions, because proximity to community needs strengthens legitimacy and impact.
