FOLLOWING THE COURSE OF CARE, EACH RESIDENT IS EVALUATED TO DETERMINE THEIR ABILITY TO CONTINUE LIVING ALONE OR WITH LOVED ONES. MOST REHABILITATION RESIDENTS RETURN TO THEIR HOMES OR A SUPPORTED LIVING SITE FOLLOWING RECOVERY.
