- Establishing and supporting sustainable pediatric cardiac care programs in low-resource countriesBuilds local capacity by establishing and mentoring sustainable pediatric cardiac centers of excellence in countries including Uganda, El Salvador, Jamaica, Bolivia, Jordan, and Honduras, enabling locally-led care. Supports training of local healthcare providers and monitors program sustainability, with some programs achieving Legacy status.
- Providing pediatric cardiac care through global medical missions and affiliated hospitalsArranges and delivers lifesaving cardiac surgeries and medical treatments to children with congenital and rheumatic heart disease from low-resource countries, either by conducting surgical and catheterization visits in-country or by placing children in affiliated hospitals worldwide. In 2025, provided care to 6,192 children, including 3,534 with Rheumatic Heart Disease and 2,658 with Congenital Heart Disease.
