Seneca Village Montessori School is an African centered preschool built on the Montessori philosophy that strives to nourish the mind, body and spirit of its students. Our mission is to promote social responsibility, and work toward instilling a strong sense of self , cultural identity, and belonging in our students. As an authentic Montessori school, our curriculum and programs are designed to build a solid foundation in academics, as well as social, emotional, physical and moral development. We work in partnership with parents, communicating closely, encouraging family involvement in the program and offering support and education on issues relating to child development and early childhood education. Seneca Village Montessori, Inc. is organized exclusively for educational purposes and is open to the general public in which substantially all the child care activities are designed to allow parents to seek and hold employment.
