Hosts community events on topics like parenting and coping with tragedy, conducts 528 one-on-one parenting sessions through the Parent Engagement Community Center, and provides webinars and resources related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Operates a crisis intervention team composed of rabbis, social workers, and trained volunteers who provide emotional and spiritual support during emergencies.

Provides specialized mental health services for individuals experiencing fertility challenges, miscarriage, or postpartum depression, using staff trained in therapeutic modalities and offering fertility yoga sessions. Distributed 363 care packages, responded to 404 calls, and celebrated 85 new births among clients receiving fertility support.

Operates one of the largest kosher food pantries in Brooklyn, distributing boxed and canned goods, fresh produce, frozen homemade meals, and perishable staples. Provides access to food pantry (16,642 visits), distributes cooked meals (66,528 delivered), runs a volunteer-based meal program for over 150 families per weeknight, offers home-delivered short-term meals Monday–Friday, and supports holiday needs with specialty items, vouchers, and packages. Food distributions valued at $3,095,750 in 2025.

Assists individuals and families in securing federal and state entitlements including food stamps, Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security, securing over $25 million in government benefits for clients in 2024–2025. Also provides direct financial aid for rent, utilities, and food, while supporting families with budget and credit counseling to promote long-term stability.

Provides household essentials such as linens, towels, kitchenware, and bathroom accessories to help families establish or improve homes. Facilitates donations of gently used furniture and household items via a confidential WhatsApp-based matching system and operates a weekly flea market where select clients can sell donated goods for supplemental income.

Provides career assessment, counseling, mentoring, and job placement services to over 1,000 clients annually, connecting job seekers to a network of over 2,000 employers. Conducted 53 job training workshops and delivered free computer training to 710 participants in 2024, resulting in $17,387,077 in total salaries obtained by placed job seekers.

Offers pro-bono legal, medical, and financial counseling to clients and provides transportation and delivery services through volunteer drivers as part of hesed (acts of kindness) activities.

Provides school-based services to 1,282 children and served 1,552 students through on-site Hesed programs. Offers group and one-on-one tutoring via Homework Club and volunteer tutors, including weekly homework help through high school volunteers. Also distributes backpacks with school supplies or gift cards to children at the start of the school year.

Conducts weekly home and nursing home visits to seniors, delivers hallot, flowers, and desserts for Shabbat with personal visits, and organizes afternoon senior programs including setup and cleanup. Also operates a hospital visiting program pairing volunteers with patients in the NYC-Metro area for companionship.

Provides comprehensive case management to families, matching them with social workers and volunteer "Captains" to develop personalized plans for independence. Offers ongoing check-ins, emotional and psychological counseling during crises, and support for families facing loss of income or medical expenses for children with special needs.
