MADDIE'S MARK FOUNDATION INC

Receives donations of books, playground equipment, and materials for child enrichment programs and relies on volunteers to support operations, including event coordination, educational activities, entertainment, construction, landscaping, food service, and fundraising.

Awards grants to enhance public and private facilities serving children, including schools, parks, playgrounds, and theaters, as part of its Child Enrichment Grants program. These funds support capital improvements and enrichment resources for children in New York State.

Plans to award financial assistance to remarkable young women through a scholarship program that honors Madeline’s love of learning and commitment to education.

Organizes recurring annual events such as the Maddie's Mark Golf Classic, a 5K run in Central Park (Schenectady, NY), and the Madeline Tea Party to engage the community and raise support. Events have been held consistently since at least 2012 and are scheduled into 2025.

Runs ongoing child enrichment initiatives such as the Best Days Ever program and the production and distribution of Maddie's Elephants—handmade elephants provided to children. The foundation also implements physical enrichment projects such as playgrounds, recreational spaces, and butterfly gardens at schools and community facilities across New York State.

Organizes personalized, one-time experiences such as VIP sports games, family trips to theme parks, museum and zoo visits, camping excursions, and themed parties for children aged 18 and under facing major medical challenges, including cancer, brain tumors, and end-of-life care. These events are coordinated in partnership with medical staff such as Child Life Specialists at the Melodies Center and are designed to relieve stress and create lasting memories.
