- Develops and disseminates EMS reference toolsCreated and published the first EMS Directory in 1993 for Monroe and Livingston Counties, later collaborating with RIT to digitize and expand it statewide; transferred directory data to the Finger Lakes 211 system and retired the original Emergency Services Directory site in 2022.
