Runs single-day organized bus excursions to regional ski mountains, including a scheduled trip to Gore Mountain on February 22, 2026, with stops for cross-country skiers at Garnet Hill; part of a recurring program of accessible ski days from January to March 2026.

Plans and coordinates multi-day ski trips to domestic and international destinations, including accommodations and ski access, such as trips to Killington (VT), Gore Mountain (NY), Whitefish (MT), and Mont Tremblant (QC), with historical trips dating back to 2017. Upcoming trips include Killington in January 2026 and Mt Washington in March 2025.

Offers a range of snow sports programming including alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, and ski lessons for members of all skill levels, supported by organized club ski days and events throughout the winter season.

Conducts monthly general meetings from September to April at the New Hartford American Legion, featuring professional presentations on ski resorts, along with regular social gatherings, parties, and member orientation events including a $20 voucher for first-year members to use at any club event.

Hosts non-winter outdoor activities such as bicycling, camping, canoeing, kayaking, golfing, volleyball, roller blading, hiking, and wine tasting during the summer months.

Uses the Wild Apricot platform to manage membership and event operations, having transitioned from a previous hosting system to improve organizational efficiency and user experience.

Negotiates and offers discounted lift tickets and other benefits to members at multiple ski resorts, including Snow Ridge, Royal, McCauley, Greek Peak, Plattekill, and others during the 2024–25 season.
