Trains Hillel leaders and educators on college campuses across North America, establishing a network of over 100 professionals and alumni committed to advancing Jewish life on campus.

Launched in 2024, this program provides advanced intellectual and leadership training for North American rabbis, aiming to shape a new generation of rabbinic leadership grounded in shared Jewish values.

Offers a suite of programs for rabbis including the Rabbinic Torah Seminar (a 9-day annual immersive program in Israel), the Rabbinic Leadership Initiative (a multi-year cohort-based fellowship), exclusive webinars with faculty, and support for rabbinical students studying in Israel.

Trains and ordains rabbis through an intensive rabbinic program that has ordained over 100 rabbis across six cohorts since 2015, focusing on communal, educational, and public leadership and developing a shared values-based language for Israeli Jewish society.

Launched in 2013, this program builds relationships between North American Muslim and Jewish communities through an academic curriculum that expands understanding of religious, political, and socioeconomic issues related to Israel and Palestine.

Hosts summer programs in Jerusalem for leaders, learners, rabbis, and educators to explore the future of Israel and the Jewish people through text-based study and communal dialogue.

Hosts a bicontinental research center with over 50 fellows conducting applied research on contemporary challenges facing Israel and Jewish communities worldwide, producing ideas that shape public discourse in North America and beyond.

Supports young researchers through intellectual training and mentorship in Jewish studies, religion, philosophy, political science, and law, serving as a feeder program for the Kogod Research Center and cultivating the next generation of Hartman scholars who contribute to a renaissance in Jewish life.

Develops Ministry of Education-certified textbooks, certifies teachers, and conducts seminars for facilitators and superintendents in a joint venture with the Israel Ministry of Education to strengthen Jewish and civic education.

Develops and distributes ritual resources, curricula, and other educational materials to support rabbis in teaching, speaking, and leadership roles within their communities.

Engages over 1,000 alumni from rabbinic leadership programs who serve as thought leaders on contemporary Jewish issues, strengthening Jewish life in Israel and deepening ties between Israel and global Jewry.

Conducts a research and education project on gender and the ethics of shared leadership within the Jewish community, producing new Jewish thought and teaching on gender and power for community leaders.

Operates two high schools in Israel serving 700 students in grades 7–12, offering rigorous Jewish and general studies curricula.

Conducts week-long, text-based study seminars with leading scholars in Jewish studies, engaging adult learners in pluralistic and intellectually rigorous exploration to strengthen their response to challenges in Jewish life.

Partners with local governments across Israel to deliver custom-designed formal and informal Jewish-Israeli identity education programs in schools and through citywide activities.

Delivers iEngage learning programs to IACT Coordinators at 30 college campuses across North America in collaboration with Hillel International, supporting Jewish identity and Israel engagement among students.

Provides a supportive environment for six women PhD candidates in Judaic studies in Israel to complete their doctorates, addressing gender-based obstacles in academic careers.

Co-created and implements a national educational project to elevate the status of the Tanach (Hebrew Bible) in Israel’s education system and society, providing training and resources for teachers to teach the Bible in a pluralistic, relevant, and critically-minded way, with trained teachers required to lead local communities of Tanach educators.

Trains over 650 Jewish and Arab educators in values-based discourse, influencing their personal and pedagogical worldviews to promote pluralism and mutual understanding.
