- Support Chabad school leadership through training and development programsOffers leadership training for current and aspiring Chabad school principals through cohort-based and standalone programs, including mentorship, school visits, and coaching. The curriculum is developed in partnership with the NYC Leadership Academy.
- Train and empower Chabad educators through workshops, conferences, and professional development programsProvides ongoing professional development through workshops, webinars, and conferences to build teaching skills and leadership capacity among Chabad educators. Trains over 1,000 educators annually through programs such as the Teacher Induction Program, Teacher Coaching Program, and Teach and Reach initiative.
