- Operates public library with in-person access and core lending servicesProvides public library services with in-person access six days per week, including lending of books, DVDs, and other materials, as well as 24-hour exterior book return access. Eliminated late fees for most items as of March 2, 2020.
- Provides access to digital resources and online learning toolsOffers patrons access to subscription-based online resources through the HOMEACCESS system and Mango Languages, enabling language learning in over 45 foreign languages and 15 ESL courses, all accessible with a library card. Also provides online account access for users to manage their accounts and create personal identification numbers (PINs).
- Supports interlibrary access and material deliveryEnables cardholders to check out and return materials at any of the 66 libraries in the Mid-Hudson Library System. Offers an online system for requesting materials with delivery to the patron’s home library and provides in-person or remote assistance for renewing library cards.
