- Recruit and prepare students for private and independent boarding schoolsIdentifies and recruits academically motivated 7th and 8th grade students of color, primarily in Harlem, and prepares them for admission to private and independent boarding and preparatory schools through academic instruction, SSAT preparation, and school selection guidance.
- Support students through mentorship and application servicesProvides lifelong mentorship and comprehensive support throughout the private school application process, including school selection planning, visits, coverage of application and SSAT fees, and assistance with summer school, books, and course materials.
