Provides arts and education programs focused on youth development, including workshops, performances, and community events that foster creativity, leadership, and civic engagement.

Hosts career-focused performing arts programs, including the Career Exploration in the Performing Arts initiative with the Athens Cultural Center featuring concerts and behind-the-scenes learning, and co-produced the theatrical performance "Forgetful Divas" with Camphill Players, presented to sold-out audiences and documented in a distributed film.

Distributes laptops to Youth in Action graduates and college-bound students through donor-funded initiatives and provides annual school supplies valued at over $1,500 to program participants and local K–12 students.

Provides a microcredential course in digital literacy where students develop professional presentations for community organizations, applying technical and communication skills in real-world contexts.

Runs Hudson Youth Government Day and related initiatives, facilitating youth participation in mock Common Council meetings, shadowing public officials, and full event planning in partnership with City of Hudson officials to promote civic education and leadership.

Delivers a youth event planning program that teaches public speaking, budgeting, team collaboration, and project pitching through real-world festival planning, culminating in youth presentations to the Operation Unite Board of Directors.

Organizes annual community celebrations including the Hudson Sankofa Black Arts & Culture Festival and Parade, Kwanzaa celebrations, and Halloween events featuring performances, games, talent shows, wellness activities, and community awards.

Organizes community-led beautification projects including planting flowers along State Street and in tree boxes, clearing garbage and weeds, and enhancing neighborhood aesthetics through seasonal planting and public space improvements.

Operates a Community Unity Cabinet in partnership with the Hudson Area Library, stocked with food and hygiene products for community access.

Offers drum and dance workshops through the Kuumba Dance and Drum Academy, including multi-week series with local and guest artists, and hosts public performances such as DanceForce events and an 8-week summer dance series during Waterfront Wednesdays.

Organizes educational visits for Youth in Action members, such as a trip to Wild Seed Farm for an interactive experience and art exhibition curated by Naima Penniman, supporting engagement with Black farmers and LGBTQ+ communities.

Hosts a Fitness and Literacy program at the Hudson Youth Center serving 18 children ages 6–8 with integrated movement and reading activities to support holistic development.

Provides meals and supports holiday dining events at Providence Hall for seniors and disabled residents, including organizing and serving dinners and contributing homemade food.

Recognizes and awards annual scholarships to sixteen students from Columbia and Greene Counties in categories including Academic Excellence, Community Service, Performing Arts, Visual Arts, and Democracy Leadership, including the James Park Memorial Scholarship for Transportation.

Hosts baking workshops for girls and youth, including a program where 18 girls created and sold baked goods at a Kwanzaa Celebration bake sale, and conducts baking activities led by instructors such as Dominique.

Engages youth in gardening activities through the Youth in Action (YIA) program, including maintaining the Freedom Garden, harvesting raspberries and herbs, and leading the Family Garden Program at the Hudson Youth Center. Youth also contribute produce and share meals with residents at homes supporting men with disabilities.
