IT HAS NO REVENUE, EXPENSES, OR EMPLOYEES.ON SEPTEMBER 30, 2013, THE FILING ORGANIZATION'S MEMBER HOSPITALS WERE PART OF A TRANSACTION THAT AFFILIATED THEM WITH THE MOUNT SINAI HEALTH SYSTEM, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF LICH. LICH, WHICH AS OF MAY 2011, CEASED OPERATIONS AS A HOSPITAL WHEN IT CLOSED ON AN ASSET PURCHASE AGREEMENT ("APA") WITH THE STATE UNIVERSITY OF NY AT DOWNSTATE.
