IT HAS NO REVENUE, EXPENSES, OR EMPLOYEES.ON SEPTEMBER 30, 2013, THE FILING ORGANIZATION'S MEMBER HOSPITALS WERE PART OF A TRANSACTION THAT AFFILIATED THEM WITH THE MOUNT SINAI HEALTH SYSTEM, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF LICH.
