Provides occupational therapy to improve fine motor skills and sensory regulation, physical therapy to support motor milestones and use of adaptive equipment, and speech-language therapy focusing on communication, listening, following directions, and feeding/swallowing as needed.

Operates as a New York State Department of Health Approved Early Intervention Provider Agency, delivering multidisciplinary early intervention services—including ABA, special instruction, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech-language therapy—in natural settings such as homes and daycares. Services are available across all NYC boroughs and Long Island for children from birth to age three.

Performs comprehensive assessments using standardized criterion-referenced tools such as ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, and AFLS to evaluate language, learning, and functional life skills in children with autism or developmental delays, informing individualized treatment planning.

Provides comprehensive ABA therapy services delivered by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and trained Behavior Technicians (BTs), using evidence-based strategies such as Natural Environment Teaching (NET) and structured social skills curricula to support development in communication, social interaction, play, self-help, and behavior management. Services are individualized, data-driven, and conducted in natural environments including homes and daycares across all NYC boroughs and Long Island.

Provides Special Instruction services delivered by certified early childhood special educators to support cognitive, social, and emotional development through play, routines, and social interactions in homes or community settings.

Provides services in multiple languages—including English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish, Hebrew, Italian, and Hindi—to increase accessibility, comfort, and engagement for families, particularly within the Asian community.

Provides a mechanism for individuals to report concerns via an online form or email, supporting accountability and responsive service delivery.

Offers Initial Service Coordination to guide families through the Early Intervention Program, including explaining rights, supporting evaluation agency selection, obtaining consent, and facilitating initial IFSP meetings. Provides Ongoing Service Coordination to ensure continuity of care, conduct regular family check-ins, connect families to community resources, and support transition planning as children approach age three.

Delivers community-based care coordination and specialized support programs that integrate case management with family-centered care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families, with a focus on holistic, integrated support.

Offers regular parent training and team meetings as part of ABA therapy to support families in implementing strategies at home, reviewing child progress, and adjusting treatment plans collaboratively.

Sends SMS/text messages to clients for appointment reminders, scheduling updates, service notifications, care coordination, and agency announcements to enhance communication and engagement.

Provides ongoing supervision and professional development for Behavior Technicians (BTs) to ensure high-quality, consistent delivery of ABA therapy, including fidelity to treatment plans and implementation of evidence-based practices.
