THE CORPORATION, IN ORDER TO ACCOMPLISH THIS, SHALL ENGAGE IN BROAD RANGE OF STRATEGIRES THAT PROMOTE COMMUNITY HEALTH AND DEVELOPMENT AND TO ALSO ENGAGE IN ACTIVITIES WHICH ARE NECESSARY, SUITABLE OR CONVENIENT FOR THE ACCOMPLISHMENT OF THAT PURPOSE, OR WHICH ARE INCIDENTAL THERETO OR CONNECTED THEREWITH WHICH ARE CONSISTENT WITH SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE. THE CORPORATION SHALL NOT, EITHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY ENGAGE IN OR INCLUDE AMONG ITS PURPOSES, ANY OF THE ACTS OR ACTIVITIES THAT WOULD REQUIRE CONSENT PURSUANT TO SECTION 404(A)-(W) OF THE NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION LAW.
