THE ORGANIZATION SEEKS TO CREATE OPPORTUNITIES TO PROVIDE YOUNG LEADERS WITH THOUGHT LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES THAT WILL LEAD TO BOTH PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL TRANSFORMATION-FOSTERING AN ENVIRONMENT THAT QUESTIONS THE STATUS QUO AND PUSHES THEM TO NOT ONLY DO MORE, BUT TO SHAPE THEIR ROLE IN IMPROVING THE STATE OF THE WORLD.
