  • Integrated Wellness Approach
    methodology: integrated_wellness_model
By embedding nutrition education, physical activity, and emotional well-being into daily Club routines, we promote holistic health because integrating wellness into familiar environments increases participation and sustains healthy behaviors.
  • Positive Youth Development Model
    methodology: positive_youth_development
By providing structured support and programming focused on character, fitness, and peer relationships, we empower youth—especially those most in need—to reach their full potential, because engagement in holistic development fosters long-term success.
  • Skills-Based Prevention Education
    methodology: skills_based_prevention
By using interactive methods like role-playing and group discussion, we build resistance, decision-making, and assertiveness skills to prevent substance use and early sexual activity, because experiential learning leads to stronger behavioral outcomes than didactic instruction.
