STUDENTS AGES 5 AND UP WHO WERE ENROLLED IN SEMESTER-LONG SLAM CLASSES HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO PERFORM FOR PARENTS AND FRIENDS AT SLAM DURING 2 END-OF-SEMESTER PERFORMANCES ON JANUARY 25-26, 2020. MEMBERS OF THE ESPANA-STREB TRAPEZE ACADEMY ADVANCED YOUTH FLY TROUPE PERFORMED IN TWO SHOWCASES WITH THE ESTA STAFF FLY TEAM ON NOVEMBER 8, 2019 AND FEBRUARY 7, 2020. PERFORMANCES WERE ATTENDED BY APPROXIMATELY 230 AUDIENCE MEMBERS TOTAL.STREB KID COMPANY, A GROUP OF 12 DIVERSE, ADVANCED STUDENTS AGED 12-16 PARTICIPATED IN CLASS/REHEARSAL TWICE WEEKLY, WITH EXTENSIVE SUPPORT FROM STREB TEACHING ARTISTS AND INTERACTION WITH COMPANY MEMBERS, AS WELL AS A PERFORMANCE ON JANUARY 26, 2020. AFTER STREB'S CLOSURE IN MARCH, THE KIDS COMPANY CONTINUED TO REHEARSE VIA ZOOM AND PREPARED FOR A VIRTUAL PERFORMANCE AT THE END OF THE SEMESTER. STUDENTS WERE AWARDED SCHOLARSHIPS TOTALING $19,514 OVER THE COURSE OF THE YEAR.
