Benefits are administered through a main office responsible for claims processing and member services.
- Extends dependent coverage under specific conditionsCovers biological, adopted, stepchildren, and children placed for adoption as dependents until age 26 regardless of residence, marital status, student status, or financial dependence. Continues health coverage for dependent children over age 26 who are physically or mentally disabled and financially dependent, if the disability began before age 26.
