TRAINED STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS WORK 1-1 WITH INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES TO IDENTIFY SERVICES FOR WHICH THEY ARE ELIGIBLE, SUPPORT THEM IN SEEKING OUT AND OBTAINING THESE SERVICES, AND PROVIDE REFERRALS TO OTHER AGENCIES WHERE NECESSARY. IN PARTICULAR, WE FOCUS THESE EFFORTS ON WORKERS AND VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND OTHER CRIMES.
