(III) ADVANCING THE ACQUISITION, COLLECTION AND EXPOSITION OF SELECTED ARTWORK FOR THE KUNSTHISTORISCHE MUSEUM VIENNA BY PROVIDING THE PUBLIC WITH INFORMATION ABOUT THAT SELECTED ARTWORK (IV) PROVIDE GRANTS TO ORGANIZATIONS IN THE UNITED STATES, AUSTRIA AND ELSEWHERE, TO ACCOMPLISH ANY OF THE FOREGOING PURPOSES.
